Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MaxieConnect, operated by Maxiemizer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

MaxieConnect provides NFC cards and a hosted page that opens when the card is tapped, plus tools to manage links, capture leads, and optionally forward those leads to your own CRM.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One card is claimed by one account; claiming binds that card to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MaxieConnect to:

• Post unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or impersonate others.
• Link to malware, scams, or content that violates any law or third-party rights.
• Collect or process other people’s personal data unlawfully.
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the service.

We may disable a card or account that violates these Terms.

Your content and your leads

You own the content you publish and the leads you collect. You are responsible for handling those leads in line with applicable privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and for any CRM or integration you connect. You grant us the limited right to host and display your content in order to operate the service.

Plans, payment, and cards

Plans and pricing are as presented at purchase. Physical cards are custom-made; once a card’s chip is encoded and locked, its link is permanent by design. Subscription plans continue until cancelled.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Maxiemizer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party services you connect (such as your CRM).
